Daily Life

by Rincy Shajid

My name is Rincy Shajid and I tell about my Daily Life story. The sun is about to rise and the world is hard at work. Newspapers are being delivered in bundles, produce is being washed and sorted, and you are rolling out of bed.

The morning is a perfect time to get some work finished. Most people getting up this early would fall asleep in their oatmeal, and you might start that way too. But I wake-up in the morning 6'o clock. Then I brush my teeth and I bath and then came to pray for God for to this day. Then I do my dinner and went to college. I am studying B.com from Mahatma Gandhi University and they teach very well. I completely listen my class very well and take some notes. After class I do my lunch in 12' o clock. Often there is little to no eating after breakfast, so you stuff yourself silly with as much food as you can put down. This food then sets off a program in your brain to divert more energy to digestion and less to thought. The mind wanders as the stomach churns and the afternoon is all but lost. After lunch all people went to sleep. But continue my class till 3'o clock. Then I go my home and my mother had prepared for my snacks. Then I wash my hands and I done my snacks and go for TV for entertaining. Then in the 6' o clock I start my study and its end till 8.30' o clock. At that time I done my studies very well.

Then I do my Dinner. If you make dinner your largest meal of the day by far as most people do, you will get sleepy for the rest of the night. Be healthy in your dinner and you will be smarter in the evening. So I do less food in dinner. Then this is the time to sleep well. In 9.30' o clock I went to sleep. Firstly I pry to God for today and give thanks. In the bed I think about today and also think about the next day and also I remind what I study in the evening. In the night I saw small dreams and saw well and for wake up for next day. This is my Daily Life Story....
