My dear working fairy godmother, I hope you will grant me the 3 wishes I have. My first wish is for a nice big raise. It's been 2 years since we have had a raise so it is well past time and I have become certified now. My second wish is for the company to be a stable company. It is a fairly new company and it needs to get better known and grow. My third wish is for my job to be secure and stable. We only are secure as long as we have a project go on. I would like to be on a permanent job that people actually recognize you for your skills.
