Family Life Without Technology

Technology has been a apart of many families including mine for years. Without technology my dad would have no job, my brother wouldn't play video games, and my mother wouldn't be able to chat with her friends on the phone. For my family, living without technology could impact us in many ways but, I'm sure we could find ways to cope such as outdoor activities and non-technology related indoor activities.
To begin, my family could deal with lack of technology by doing things inside such as playing board games. Seeing as we play them together now, we would most definitly use them as a source of entertainment in the evenings. Also, reading is a good way to be entertained. There are millions of books out there and I'm sure my family would enjoy some of them.
Moreover, my family enjoys outdoor activities such as swimming, shooting hoops, or riding around the neighborhood. We have a pool at our house that we could use as a source of entertainment if we are overcome with boredom. We also could use our bicycles, scooters, and a basketball hoop. If we need something to do that does not envolve technology these are suitable choices.
In conclusion, my family could find ways to be entertained in the evenings without using technolgy by getting outside and getting active or simply getting together and enjoying eachothers company around a board game or a good book. My family does use technology but we don't center ourselves around it so it would be easy for us to find alternate means of entertainment.
