Technology: A Life Saver,

I still remember the night of the football game. The crowd was screaming, the football players were running, and the cheerleaders boasted in happiness. Touchdown Wildcats! Then, it all happened. My excitement overcame me and I was screaming in joy but then, A sharp pain rippled through my stomach. The ambulance arrived and off we went to Munroe Regional Medical Center.

They rushed me in. I had no idea what was going on, but the pain was at this point unbearable. They admitted me into a room and begin test after test. Technology was my new best friend. They ran CAT scans and monitored my heart beat. Yet there was still no recognition of what was going wrong. The pain became excruciating.

After all the test started to show that everything was clear things became tense throughout the hospital staff. They new at the rate I was going, something was not right. My door slid open and a large machine slid in through it. They lifted my shirt and gently slid across this scanner like object. Up on the screen showed the inside of my stomach. They were performing an Ultra Sound. Which saved my life. With the Ultra Sound they recognized that I had a cyst on my ovary.

In conclusion technology is a hero to me. If it weren't for technology they would have never realized what was wrong. So I thank technology and everyone who has put there effort in to inventing new things to put us at an advantage. The Ultra Sound saved my life. Therefore, Technology saved my life.
