As I must agree that getting out the bed early in the morning is one of the hardest things to do. As I came across with the above useful tips, I told myself "why not I try this out?". And yes it works! First I have to put the alarm clock further a bit from my bed so that I have to get out of my bed once the alarm started waking me up. I used to put my alarm clock just beside my bed and usually I ended up snoozing it or stopping it by just pressing it even though I might not even open my eyes open in the morning. And also just to ensure I do not go back to the bed and sleep I also use my mobile phone in alarm mode. So in the end, with my backup alarm procedure I am able to wake up early in the morning. I also follow the healthy workout advice instead of pumping myself with caffine rich drinks. Well, just to add a few suggestion too. In order to wake up early in the morning, one also need to sleep early and rest well. In my case, my sleeping hours start from 10:00pm every day. Thanks for the useful tips.
