Dear friends, if we practice to wake up at early morning it is really good habit and that atmosphere is causes for inspiration to our daily work. So that we have to practice to wake up early. I am also practicing to early wakeup, it is help to me for fresh mind, cheerful mind and this mind is healthy mind to me and for that I work daily happily. after wake up I drink 2 glass of water in empty stomach, I heard that if we drink daily morning 2 glass of water it is reduce most of our illness. So I daily practice it, after drinking water I walk a few time, free exercise to my body, after that 15-20 minutes making 'YOGA'. This practice is gives me lot of healthy & cheerful mind.
At 9.00 am I go to office and work hardly until 1.00 pm, 1.00 pm to 2.00 pm is my lunch hour.
After finishing my duty i.e., 5.00 pm I go to home and make freshen and come to Park to view greenery and make relax, so that our body will generate more energy and I became healthy.
